This is my current favourite now. Easy to prepare, but the taste is lovely.

ð² Roasted Brussels sprout with parmesan cheese .
How to prepare?
ð 500 gr Brussels sprout
ð 3 tbsp olive oil
ð 3/4 tsp salt
ð 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
ð grated parmesan cheese (as much as you want :p)

Direction
ð Preheat oven to 200 dc (fan)
ð cut off the brown ends of the sprout, mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt and pepper. ð pour them on a sheet pan, spread the parmesan cheese all over and roast for 35 to 45 mins until crisp on the outside.
ð Serve immediately
